When you use a form on this site we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number, country, organization, the subject of your enquiry, your answers to the eligibility questions, reference links, your message and any file you upload.

How we use it

We use this information only to respond to your enquiry, assess your sources and discuss our services with you. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

How it is handled

Form submissions are sent to our business email inbox. Uploaded files are attached to that email and are not stored on our web server. Our hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. The eligibility tool saves your answers in your own browser until you submit; you can clear them at any time by starting a new check.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and for reasonable business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
